CULLUMPTON HOME
PARKWAY 3 CULLUMPTON 0
We start the new year with a home win against lowly Cullumpton. This was to be the dividing factor between the clubs, having lost away in the league , but we beat them in the cup. But we proved to be the stronger challenge within the first 10mins. We went close on many chances , but the break arrived still on level pegs. The second period it was only going to be a matter of time before we were to score. Their keeper Chad Gribble played well keeping us at bay. We then missed a penalty, but took the lead soon after by Chris Wright. Sammy Mathews 2 goals completed the score-line. I would not say we played well, but it was good enough on the night for the win.
