ST LUKES BOWL HOME
WHERE IS EVERYBODY ??
A poor crowd by standards turned out for the St Lukes Bowl cup tie against "Dartmouth Town". It turned out to be a slender win for us, remembering the victory also the week previous in the league. Both sides missed chances to score. So the single goal in the first half decided the issue. Danny Brooks who had a brilliant first half, made the opening. He evaded the attention of two defenders, and his clinical cross was duly headed home by Chris Wright. The "South Hams"visitors had their moments. They would have levelled, but for the trusty foot of Mark Bonney who cleared virtually off the line. Next round versus Argyle at home.
