CAMELFORD AT HOME
WE DO THE DOUBLE OVER THE "CAMELS"
The result saw us completing the home and away victory. A small crowd owing to that other team playing at home. They pay out there £20 and more to get in. For that they saw 3 goals. Down "Bolithio Park" that would gain you entry. You would see 5 goals, including two penalties, a couple of yellows !, Pasty and chips and a Pint. After the game meet the players, and still go home with some coins in your pocket !. I know where my monies going !!. However back to the football, we had yet again to suffer the early goal against us. A defensive error saw the ball crossed into the box and found the net. But the game fell our way soon after. On the break a handball saw us back level. Second half "Levi" struck and a second penalty by "Willy" gave us the safety margin. 5 mins from time "Levi" supplied a cross for "Rocky" to slip home who was virtually
stood on the goal line. A good all round performance from the squad. "lidds"

I was at that 'other team' and pay £14 a game (with a season ticket) to watch professional footballers play in front of circa 7000 fans on a fantastic pitch. A team that hasn't conceded in the league in excess of 500 minutes and looking like promotion winners. I will take that any day of the week rather than watching plumbers, painters and gardeners playing in front of 62 old timers and 3 dogs. I wonder how many will dust their Argyle scarves off should we reach Wembley?? Too many plastic Chelsea/Man U/Liverpool fans in Plymouth who talk a good story when the good times return. Good luck in the funeral cup - lets hope you lift the urn!!!!
