CULLUMPTON RANGERS AWAY
WE BOUNCE BACK AT "SPEEDS MEADOW"
After the defeat at the hands of Bodmin Town, we had a dream start after only 5mins play. Lewis Edwards (pic) registered his first goal for the club. The keeper miss-handled the ball, so the goal was untidy, but they all count. Within 10mins we struck again. Matty Cusack picked out Andy Sargent lurking on the far post with a pin-point cross. Andy headed home with ease. Chris Wright added the third goal, and before the break, Neil kinsman created a chance for himself with a good solo run. He rounded the keeper and was on target inside the near post. We were far the better side. The back four handled with ease any pressure. Not forgetting central defender Matty Hawke was one of the options on the bench if needed. But new signing from Argyle "Ryan Brett" fitted in well. I thought his passing of the ball out of danger was clean and decisive. Second half they came at us but by then the game was sewn up. Chris Wright got the fifth goal receiving a long ball completely unmarked to give us the tally of 5-0 on the whistle. I trust we had a safe trip home .
