OLD MATES!!

In my realm of employment when in Dartmouth, I keep in touch with an old mate who is a postie just like I was. We discuss the latest games and results within the Peninsula league. Because "Smudger Smith" by name used to be in his playing days a regular choice in the first team at Dartmouth. But time catches us all, so now his support for the club is alas,on the side-lines. He was a player of quality and had to be picked out to be marked closely. He also now has to share his time between club and family, because both his boys "Freddie and Charlie" both play themselves. If they are half as good as their father, we will no doubt see them lining up at "Longcross".

Next game now Friday 19th Bovey Tracey at home. I trust we had a safe trip home . Stay tuned "lidds"
